Website terms
Awaiting professional review. These terms are a working draft. They must be reviewed and completed by a qualified solicitor before the site accepts enquiries. Consumer protection law in the UK, EU, US, Canada and Australia varies, and terms limiting liability are precisely where generic wording fails.

Who provides this service
This website is operated by Dental Anchor. Registered company name, number, address and jurisdiction must be inserted here.
What we provide, and what we do not
Dental Anchor is a dental treatment guidance and coordination platform. We help you organise your case, explain possible treatment pathways, and coordinate communication with a partner dental clinic.
We do not provide dental services. We do not examine patients, diagnose conditions, decide what treatment is appropriate, approve treatment plans, set final prices, or carry out treatment. All of those are performed by licensed dentists at the clinic you choose, who are responsible for them.
Information on this website
Everything on this site is general information. It is not dental advice and does not describe a treatment plan for any individual. See our medical disclaimer.
The preliminary plan produces guidance based only on what you tell us. It is not a diagnosis, a confirmed treatment plan or a quotation, and it is produced without any clinician examining you.
Your relationship with the clinic
If you proceed to treatment, your treatment contract is with the partner clinic, not with Dental Anchor. The clinic sets its own terms, prices and policies on revision and aftercare. We will help you obtain those in writing before you commit, and help you understand them — but we are not a party to them.
Using this website
You agree not to:
- Submit information that is false, or that belongs to someone else without their permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
- Use automated tools to submit forms or scrape content
- Reproduce our content commercially without permission
Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or withdraw parts of it.
Limits of responsibility
This section requires legal drafting. It must set out clearly what Dental Anchor is and is not responsible for, must not attempt to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud — and must account for consumer rights in every market the site targets.
In plain terms, our intention is this: we are responsible for our own coordination work — the accuracy of what we tell you, the organisation of your case, and the service we provide. We are not responsible for the clinical decisions or treatment outcomes of the clinic that treated you, which are theirs.
Complaints
If our coordination service has fallen short, tell us and we will deal with it. If your complaint is clinical, the clinic that treated you is responsible and has its own documented complaints procedure, which we will provide. We will tell you clearly which applies rather than passing you between the two.
Governing law
Governing law and jurisdiction must be specified by a solicitor, taking into account consumer protection rules that may give you the right to bring proceedings in your own country.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed.
